▪ To be a top 10% REPE firm by investment performance in Malaysia. We will achieve this by deep and critical thinking, stress testing our investment theses to minimize downside risks and working every asset as hard as we can. ▪ To build a substantial international private equity business on the back of a successful track record of exits with highly satisfied investors and other stakeholders. We aim to reach USD150 million or RM600 million Assets Under Management (AUM) by 2030. ▪ To build a company made of high performing, motivated, fully engaged, well-rewarded and loyal team players. What we do

Responsible Investment Strategy

Responsible Investment Strategy

We are seasoned and experienced hoteliers who are passionate in investing, developing and managing high value and unique resorts and hotels in prime locations worldwide. Our investment strategy is summarized as follows:


▪ Property Purchase

We conduct market research and define promising locations for new development or suitable hospitality properties to be acquired. The entire investment period normally takes up to 2 years.


▪ Property Development and Renovation

This stage, the holding period, is when the firm takes the time to develop hospitality properties to increase returns. This Includes construction management and usually takes 3 to 5 years.


▪ Sale of Properties

At this final stage, the firm sells the hospitality properties to get satisfying investment returns. The target time frame is within 2 to 5 years from receiving first revenue from these properties.

Eligible Investors

We collaborate with institutional investors such as government linked investment companies (GLIC), sovereign wealth fund (SWF), retirement and pension funds, hedge funds, insurance companies and waqf institutions including accredited investors such as highnet-worth individuals.

The pooled capital from these investors is utilized to acquire, develop, manage and sell hospitality properties i.e., resorts and hotels.
